Profile: Pathfinders are women of all ages and stages of life, who seek to deepen their knowledge of God, to walk in the footsteps of Jesus, and to recognize and respond to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Recognizing the many demands on all of us, we have agreed upon a monthly Saturday morning meeting as the most viable option for us. Each of our two-hour sessions is prayerfully planned so that we might make the best use of our precious time together. We provide materials for personal study and devotion in between our gatherings and encourage each participant to take advantage of these. Preparation is of course not required to participate.
History: Over the past several years, Pathfinders has been on a journey of exploration of Spiritual Gifts, Spiritual Disciplines, and Spiritual Formation. From Life Keys, to Celebration of Discipline to Space for God to Soul Feast, we have been looking deeply into God's calling to each of us to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
Program: We will meet as usual on the third Saturday of each month from 8:30 to 10:30 am in the WPC Library for prayer and study. We will be using "The Practice of Prayer" by Margaret Guenther for our fall study. Contact Ruth Grey at 805 494-9409 or for more information.
Join us in the middle, it is OK! ...and bring a friend! Join this dynamic group of women who seek to deepen their relationship with God and with each other.
